Thailand risks losing privileges under developed countries’ generalised system of preferences (GSP), with higher per-capital income, said Pornsilp Patcharintanakul, deputy secretary-general of the Thai Chamber of Commerce.
Referring to the World Bank’s decision to upgrade Thailand’s status to the upper middle-income nations league, from the lower middle-income nations league, he said.
